CLAIMS:
Please inspect all items for
damage. Claims must be made within two (2) days. If delivered by UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS), FEDERAL
EXPRESS (FEDX) or US POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) items are fully
insured.
If larger items are delivered by Trucking / Command Carrier
Company, it is important that you inspect all items before signing
bill of lading to be insured and covered. Any issues, problems
and/or damages should be noted before signing. If they do
not want to wait or let you inspect items, DO NOT ACCEPT.
You will be responsible for any and all claims. You must
file damage claims directly with the carrier.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Do Not return any
item for replacement or exchange without an authorization number!
You must call Netstuff.Com, Inc. (DBA Netstuff) on our toll free
number 1-800-472-0757 for a Returned Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. We will refuse all packages and accept no
responsibilities for your property without an authorization
number. RMA number must be marked visibly on the returned
packages. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in
original condition, and must include all packaging materials, and
accessories. A restocking charge up to 30% may be applied if you
are not in full compliance with these conditions. Please ship
your parcel back to us prepaid and insured by UPS, Federal
Express, and Parcel Post or by the manner in which you received
it. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.
CANCELLATIONS:
In the event of consumer remorse, after orders are in production
either being custom made or once shipped out from our warehouses
there will be a minimum of 30% restocking fee and collection of
actual shipping charges given as the free shipping promotion
incurred by Netstuff.Com, Inc. (DBA Netstuff) there will be
a penalty fee up to 30% of total price...
*Special
noted orders and /or custom made items are not refundable or
returnable.
Any typographical,
photographic or production error in product, pricing or offers is
subject to correction without notice. PRIVACY POLICES - The Netstuff.Com, Inc. (DBA Netstuff) site provides a safe and
secure shopping experience for you. We consider this information
private. The information given to us with your order will not be
released to any other company for any reason. We use the
information only for the purposes of processing your order. You
will never be solicited by us for any reason.
